Issues:

• How register Temporal Reference Systems, whether a Temporal CRS, Temporal Ordinal RS, or Calendar [Needs GML definition]

Future work:

• Tidy up repo;
• Add references to useful documents;
• Create online form for Q/C of registering TCRS, or TRSs;
  • Register 360-Day calendar/TCRS, and other TRSs, with Naming Authority, and NA paths aligned with abstract model;
  • Register/confirm Gregorian Calendar and UTC in Naming Authority, in its own, non-CRS, path;
• Plan Best Practices:
  • ISO8601 "Z" for timestamps;
  • How to coordinate or synchronize temporal reference systems;
  • Popularize MiSP quality level terminology (0=solitary clock, ..., 3=synchronized with TAI);
  • IETF liaison, such as over RFC for daylight savings notation;
  • Enhance notation beyond scope of ISO8601-Part 1;
  • How to handle spatio-temporal CRSs.
