• Tidy up repo;
• Add references to useful documents;
• Create online form for Q/C of registering TCRS, or TRSs;
• Register 360-Day calendar/TCRS, and other TRSs, with Naming Authority, and NA paths aligned with abstract model;
• Register/confirm Gregorian Calendar and UTC in Naming Authority, in its own, non-CRS, path;
• Plan Best Practices: ISO8601 "Z" for timestamps;
• IETF liaison, such as over RFC for daylight savings notation
• Create online form for Q/C of registering TCRS, or TRSs;
• Register 360-Day calendar/TCRS, and other TRSs, with Naming Authority, and NA paths aligned with abstract model;
• Enhance notation beyond scope of ISO8601;
• Coordination of timescales from MISP Imagery Handbook;
