Draft Agenda [with post-meeting notes and actions added]

  1. Steve Smyth (editor of GeoPose, with expertise with NASA SPICE package) was happy with the specification as a good start for relativistic transformations.

  2. There was no discussion of the need to distinguish between on-the-fly defined CRSs and those registered, perhaps with authoritative bodies. This is probably more appropriate for a logical model? [Still To Be Discussed]

  3. Can we go to the OAB? [Yes - agreed by email, to be presented to the OAB on Monday 25 September 2023 in Singapore]

  4. Any other Business? [No]

  5. Date of Next Meeting? [25 September 2023 at OGC Members Meeting, Singapore]
