  • NASA Coordinated Lunar Time as an extra example [Added]
• Tidy up repo [tbd]

• Best practices: ISO8601 "Z" for timestamps, Coordination of timescales from MISP Imagery Handbook, MISP quality Level terminology, ISO34000 vocabulary * Register 360D calendar/TCRS, and other TRSs, with Naming Authority [Check NA paths aligned with abstract model]
• Do we need another repo? [Probably not, as draft BP already in repo]
