Decisions:

• Meet next Monday
• Sign the contract with Compose NY/Ryan
• Sept 1/2 is a good date for RMIT
• Sponsorship tiers: 20k, 10k, 5k, 2k, 1k

Actions:

• Andy to contact RMIT re room in building 80 (James Harland)
• Les to follow up informally with unimelb to see what rooms are available (Asia Myer?)
• Noon to formalise agreement with Dave Thomas
• Noon and Sarah to chat re Website
• All - Lock in rewards for tiers at next meeting
• Noon to email Andrew Sorenson re being Keynote

Comments:

• Andy estimates 1k per head for the conference (~70k)
• Lyndon has some great sponsorship leads and is following up
• Noon did not make much progress with his contacts at RMIT
• Everyone to use the wiki more
