Form template
- The Extended GC Design Library - DECD contains 2 form templates including text inputs, checkboxes, and radio buttons that can be customized to meet your needs, for both desktop and mobile.
- There are also additional templates included from the text input wiki page examples that include text inputs only (not displayed here).
- Refer to our guidance on text input fields, checkboxes and radio buttons, information accordions, and form error messages for specific guidance on each component
- Delete any form elements you don't need
- Duplicate any additional form elements you want to add
- Replace text with your own (e.g., labels, options)
- Change labels from required or optional as needed
- Change state of input fields from default, focused, or error, as needed
- In the layers panel, unhide any elements you want to see, such as the information accordion, or error message
