Added documentation to parCreator for the case of a runs argument in form of a vector. Also changed the variable names of the corresponding variables in the cpp code to make clearer what's happening. Also Added some comments.
I don't really know if those should be in the package. If we want to keep them for later, those should be made a little bit cleaner.
