This release is being published later than the version suggests, in September instead of June, but it is to save the state of the project to the version back in June, just after fixing the bug on the Reporting time step.
The bug was that only the scheduled time steps were being saved (so only at times multiple of the reporting time step). This creates errors in the Reliability Index or other energy-based metrics.
