Materials from GWASs done across different cell types. We address: (1) Are eQTLs (gene-expressed gene associations) specific to particular cell types or shared across cell types? (2) Are most of these association in cis or trans-regulatory locations?
For question 1, use file: 'c.txt': full list of signifficant eQTLs (hits) and the frequency of cell types they occur
