HDF5: Fix umbrella header casing.

* Umbrella headers must always match the casing of the target,
  if the umbrella mismatches, swift attempts to auto-create a new
  umbrella header (which almost never works out well) if it thinks
  it does not exist, if it's on a platform such as Linux where the OS
  is case-sensitive of file names .
