Setting up a demo account

1. Log into grants.usdigitalresponse.org using the grants.dev@usdigitalresponse.org account.
2. You can access the grants.dev@usdigitalresponse.org email via the credentials stored in the 1Password vault. Reach out to the USDR grants team leads if you think you should have access and do not.
3. Create a new agency that reflects the demo user's organization.
4. Add the demo users to that new agency.
5. Send a follow-up email to those new users telling them to expect a welcome email directing them to their respective tool.

Setting up a new tenant

1. Access the shell of the production environment.
2. yarn create_tenant - Note: make the administrator grants.dev+[tenant]@usdigitalresponse.org
3. Add the requesting user via UI afterwards.
4. Send a follow-up email to those new users telling them to expect a welcome email directing them to their respective tool. You can use this script as an email template.
