feat(475): Redesign blog page

changes the design of the blogs landing page:

• the UI exactly matches the design
• special effort has been put to maintain performance
• minimal changes to the codebase
• most of the initial processing is done in parallel to reduce loading time
• frontmatter has been used to extract the blogs
• the UI is fully responsive as shown in design

note: as seen by the number of ongoing attempts, it is clear that this issue was challenging and time-consuming, the bounty seems a bit less for such an issue. I'd appreciate a review of the bounty reward.
