Simple living is complex

A tool to generate caldav-calendar events with a due date from your todotxt file. It either works with a local or a webdav hosted todo.txt file.

Installation

• git clone https://github.com/szmt/simplelivingiscomplex.git
• pip3 install caldav (Mac/ Linux) - pip install caldav (Win) - you might want to use a venv

Usage

Mac/ Linux - python3 simplelivingiscomplex.py

Win - python simplelivingiscomplex.py

Change sample_config.ini to config.ini before first start.

Edit config.ini with your settings.

ATTENTION

If delete_old = 1 the program deletes ALL calendar entries. Therefore you should use a dedicated calendar for your todos.
