The API specifications publisher here were developed on behalf of Swiss Fintech Innovations (SFTI) for the Swiss banking and insurance industry.

The interface specification is protected by copyright. With regard to copyright protection, each "Common API" specification is divided into two parts:

  1. On the one hand, it consists of content that structure the specification as a whole or hold basic conventions, and containing the use case descriptions.

  2. On the other hand, the "Common API" specification consists of files describing the APIs on a technical level.

The first category are licensed under the Creative Common license of the type "Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND 4.0)". A copy of the License may be obtained at: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/4.0. This license allows others to redistribute the present work, both commercially and non-commercially, as long as it is unmodified and complete and the original authors are named.

The technical specifications (YAML files) are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. These technical specification files may not be used except in compliance with this license. A copy of the License may be obtained at: http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0. Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, software distributed under the License is distributed on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied.
