Also move all metadata to the raster cube level.
This is in accordance with API changes in ndcube 2.0. Create new celestial properties in SpectrogramCube and SpectrogramSequence to give the celestial coordinates of the pixels.

Description
This PR updates sunraster to use ndcube 2.0.
Fixes #
