fakeroot: Update to 1.36

This pull request updates the fakeroot package to the latest version, as version 1.32.2 is old now and no longer available upstream.

Need someone to check the manifest.jsonc as fakeroot now depends upon itself?

For now just update to 1.36 and I'll create an issue for tests failing.
