v2.2.2 | Added new custom frame length

Added

• option to set and use custom frame step for next and prev button.
• split in 2 frames and group into video layer.
• frame length to custom fame step dialog. Now works better when frame length is not 1. In some cases with uneven frame lengths and frame steps they can get misaligned. There is no real solution for it, as far as i know.
• custom frame length new frame.
• more frames length for cutting timeline when making new document.
• scrubber now also moves to selected layer or frame when setting playhead. Prior you needed to select frame or layer manual. This makes scrubber more powerful. Note it uses the custom frame step length. So it work best if frame lengths are all the same. If one has a different length, frame selection will be off. But thats easy to reselect the proper frame.
• Github repo issue page into context-menu for easier reporting bugs and new feature request.
• talk between main panel and separate timeline panel. The scrubber now gets framelength number from main panel.
• timeline indicator show current frame.
• missing Chinese & French translations.
• missing info in toolguide panel of new features

• error tooltips, not showing correct info on localize.
• issue with custom frame number not being changed, it would return undefined.
• issue with next and prev frame edit highlighted layer would not jump to correct direction.
• issue suspend history for split layer into 1frames and group.
• jump to first and last frame highlighting correct layer. Now it also highlight the correct layer, this makes for easy editting and frame jumping.
• issue with custom frame step.

• toolguide missing icon.
• issue with icons showing at wrong location of toolguid and wrong color.
• "tooltips" and "center icons", from context-menu, wasnt stored and working properly when selecting for the first time.
• globalTimeline, context-menu, was not stored properly, this is wip to get it working and stored properly. Also fix timeCode storage.

• fly-out menu and context-menu had issues showing checked and unchecked state, should be fixed now.
• AD2 panel should now remember properly the state of the scrubber, tooltips and other items set with cookies. Noticed that after a restart it would not adjust panel height properly.
• dead links, stephane's website is offline. Now all direct to a youtube playlist on how to use this extension.

This release add option to use custom framesteps. User can set the amount of steps. It also needs to frame length in order to work properly. If uneven frame length is used, it wont work. Currently do no know a fix for that
