• Go to Extensions -> Apps Script - Create a new file called decodeURL, copy paste the code.

• Go to the cell where you want to decode the URL, pass the source url to get it converted.

  If you have any cell with the HTML/unicode encoded content will be decoded into the destination cell with this function.
