- Adds the target bin path so krb5-config can be found. - Add libtirpc to builds - Update ncurses config to build necessary bits.
- Built lintinfo and libtermcap from ncurses - Build normal and wide c ncurses shared libs - Readline depends on ncurses - Do not set pkgconfig as it causes python's readline module to fail
