YUVtool - application for viewing raw video sequences

This is work in progress. Application is not usable in the current state.

Build requirements:
- cmake 3.12 or later
- c++ compiler supporting C++17
- gtkmm dev libraries 3.18 or later
- libepoxy
- libtinyxml2

Additionally, to build developers documentation, these are required:
- sphinx
