Version 1.1: Restructure

This update is basicly a rewrite of most of the plugin and fixes a lot of bugs and adds a couple of features and providers.
The provider configuration was completely redone and is now documented!

Two new feateres where added, but are not yet complete:

• rate limiting: prevent bans from lyrics sites by limiting the rate of lyrics requests for specific providers. This feature doesn't work completely yet.
• quality rating: this allows to pre-order the provider list.

This release also adds an update checker which notifies you about new versions.
