When you remove note with pytatki.dbconnect.remove_note() it isn't actually removed. It's moved to the trash (status_id is changed to removed). When the status changes new action is created. Every day scheduled job runs and checks if exist note in trash with date older than 30 days and removes them and all data connected to them.
