Should fix inconsistent behavior where some customization options would be missing. This mainly ocurred in the HeadOverlays section because of the large number of color inputs, section height was not being recalculated after colors were passed to the input component.

Also fixes getting a weird value for ped eye color if the ped hadn't set a color before.

Needs some testing to make sure the Section height bug is actually fixed.
