This is needed to compile utilrb on Fedora (ruby 2.0.0, rake 10.0.4)

I've attached code that seems to fix the problem. This will get utilrb working on Fedora. A version bump would be appreciated for this. Thanks, --scott |

The latest version of utilrb in the catkin branch doesn't compile due to invalid detection for Ruby > 1.9. The latest master branch works great, minus #2.
I'm really confused on the branching here. Which one is newer?
