Wrap Lispy in an Evil sexp editing state. I tried to keep commands mappings close to similar vim mneumonics. Not every command has been mapped yet. The motivation for this is essentially to make Lispy active explicitly rather than implicitly.

Enter the sexp editing state with either

Exit it with ESC, or word motions (w/W b/B e/E) to return to normal state.

Use i, a, SPC, or RET to enter insert state.

x, X kill full sexps on the boundary
