OSB 12.2 Instrumentation

Instrumentation for OSB 12.2

To install:

1. In the New Relic Java Agent directory (the directory containing newrelic.jar), create a directory named extensions if it does not already exist.
2. Copy the release jars into the extensions directory
3. Restart OSB
