Dev guidelines

• For local development, use composer: composer start.
• For CSS changes use Tailwind (requires node):
  • Install node: npm install (into node folder)
  • npm run watch
  • npm run build
• For pushing to live site, SSH into Digital Ocean (may require connecting to Dokku?)
