Minor stability fixes

Chaining of resources caused certain changes to never take effect.

If backend becomes offline, sssd never tries to restart/fix the issue, even if the backend is online, only a restart of the service solves the issue. The module now looks for log entries indicating this and restarts the service accordingly.
