Purpose: Compare Template Substitution Fields against Substitution Data being sent to the template.
    The main function, SubDataCheck is meant to be called with the substitution data and/or global substitution data just before adding it into the transmission call.  
    It will check to make sure that there is a corresponding substitution field for each field the template is looking for.

    SubDataCheck, the main application is expecting the following parameters:

    IsJson, is a short function that allows you to validate the structure of your data (recipient/global) before sending it to SubDataCheck.  Just like SubDataCheck, the substitution_data block must be surrounded by {}

    BuildTemplateFields, will scan a template and build an array with all of the fields found in the template.

    Warning Notes:  
    1) When decoding the substitution fields, PHP creates index fields into the array.  Ultimately, those numbers are added into the list of substitution data fields.  Becuase the
    user may use numeric field names as well, I'm leaving those indexes in the list instead of trying to figure out if they are PHP decoded generated or field names the user created.
    
    2) There is only ONE entry created for each atomic field name within the global/recipient data sets!!!  This program does NOT track the full json structure name.  Let's look at the first entry of the following JSON structure:

 o No matter how many products reside within the 'ProductList array' this application will only capture one entry for each field name and they will be at the lowest atomic level.  
         In this example: ProductList, item_name, description, long_description, price, savings, featureList, font_color, subject, from, DelivChannel, header_background_color, text_decoration_color and hover_color will all be captured.
 o Notice that 'description' and 'font_color' will only be listed once and there is no ProductList.featureList.description or ProductList.featureList.font_color entry.
 o If the same field name is used in both the global and recipient data sets, there will still only be ONE entry.
 o This means that the first time a field name is found; the corresponding value for that field will be what is used for further comparisons.  In this example, because Recipient data will be scanned first,  
         when the system compares the Template field 'description' with the scanned recipient/global fields, it will be marked as 'empty', because the first occurrence  of 'description' is empty.
 o Because SparkPost puts uses an order of precedence  where recipient data overrides global data, this application will scan the recipient data first for fields and use those values. 
    
 One caveat of all of this is, that when using the 'addEmptyFieldstoMissingListFlag', you may not get 100% accurate results because only the values of the first time a field name is found/scanned will be used and may not represent 
       the full dataset. 
       
  Installation Notes:     
  This was built and tested with PHP 2.5 with Zend Engine 2.5
  Simply download TemplateToolsLibrary.php to your directory and make sure you include it inside your codebase.
  There is a secondary test file that will test much but not all of the functionality.  That file has also been commented with expected
  library input fields..
