This PR ships various (ugh) unrelated (arg) changes:

  • included the Parseval metrics and their variants for RST discourse trees, relocated here from attelo,
  • fixed representation of nuclearity in SimpleRSTTree, a node now contains the (abbreviated version of the) nuclearities of the children,
  • added explicit support for fragmented EDUs in RST-DT,
  • started preliminary support to enable the feature extraction procedure to output one (set of) files per doc, instead of one (set of) files per corpus split as of now.
