Introduction

This Power BI dashboard aims to provide comprehensive insights into Human Resource Data. It contains various visualizations that allow users to understand key metrics related to Company information, Resource consumption, employee details, and performance of employees.

Project Insights

  • Total Employees KPI: This key performance indicator shows the total number of employees in the company, providing a quick view of the workforce size.

  • Gender Distribution KPI: Offers a breakdown of the total employees by gender, indicating the diversity in gender representation within the company.

  • Active vs. Terminated Employees KPI: Displays the number of currently active employees compared to those terminated.

  • Recruitment Costs KPI: Summarizes the total expenses incurred in the recruitment process.

  • Department Distribution Chart: illustrates the number of employees across different departments.
