First release of the "Labels To Polygons" plugin for ImageJ.
This plugins allows to convert regions represented as label map (or label image) into a set of ROI within the RoiManager.
Installation
Simply copy the jar file into the plugins directory of ImageJ, then select the "LabelMaps Utils -> Region Boundary Polygons" option.
You can choose the connectivity to use, and the name pattern of Rois.
