Pubmed Scraper

Scrapes Pubmed for contact information based on keyword search.

Usage instructions

1. Download zip from https://github.com/hudssntao/Pubmed-Scraper
2. To download, click 'Code' -> Download Zip
3. Find the file and unzip
4. Run pubmed.exe and follow setup instructions
5. Modify keywords in keywords.txt
6. See your output data in the data folder
