A plugin to let napari read and write xarray DataArrays
This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using with @napari's cookiecutter-napari-plugin template.
This plugin is in ALPHA stages.
You can install napari-xarray via pip:
pip install napari-xarray
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
Clone this repo, make a new virtual environment, then inside the new directory:
pip install -e .
pip install -r dev-requirements.txt
You should then be able to run the code and the tests.
