First public build

This release includes only the windows build, next release will likely come with a Linux-compatible build once I test it, you can still build it yourself.

.7z is better, also Windows 11 can now extract 7zip.

Note: by opening the executable of the app from win-unpacked you can get the application to be portable, the win-unpacked folder can live on its own, but in the root directory of the archive there is the installer if you want.
