Issue with version 1.1.4 - unable to download playlist from IPTV provider

@euzu this is probably user error but i cannot figure it our. I have build version 1.1.4 and the playlist refresh is not working for me.

Running http://<iptv-provider>:8080/player_api.php?username=<username>&password=<password>&action=get_live_categories in my browser does return the list

any ideas?
