Warnings and Errors Tracked down

This is a massive code cleanup and setting version in the code to v3.0.2

Many warnings and bugs reported by J.R. included. (#2)

Bugfixes Finalized

After some more testing, fixed any small errors/notice popping up in log/error.log

This is stability release.

Installation will still say 2.3.1 as we look into redesigning/reworking the auto-updater.

This is a pre-branding release. We are trying to decide how to design the product coming up.

This code has been running for days without errors!
