Fixes alt-tab capturing the mouse for too long in Payday 2

Installation

Download the latest release from Releases
Simply navigate to your Payday 2 installation folder and rename xinput1_3.dll to xinput1_3o.dll
Next, copy the release xinput1_3.dll from the Payday2MouseFix zip to the install directory
Run the game, it will no longer capture the mouse without focus!
