(might-be) Destructive (root) tests for PostgreSQL package

Releases (should be packaged in future):

How to run (requires root and may break your machine, run on VM!):

    # tar -xf dtf-postgresql-fedora-23-x86_64-0.0.tar.xz
    # DTF_DBG_KEYWORDS=dtf_lib ./dtf-postgresql-fedora-23-x86_64-0.0/run

How to build from git:

    - install
        - dg:      https://github.com/devexp-db/distgen
        - dtf-gen: https://github.com/devexp-db/dtf

    - run 'dtf-gen' from the project git root-directory
