Simple python script that converts the DJIs FPV digital system subtitle file.

Example command for a 4:3 recording:
python dji_srt_convert.py DJIG0001.srt output.srt 43

Example command for a 16:9 recording:
python dji_srt_convert.py DJIG0001.srt output.srt 169
