This is the first release for the BfW 1.16 add-on server. Besides porting to 1.16, it also contains:

• Copyediting done by @max-torch over in mainline in wesnoth/wesnoth@c80f7f7 for wesnoth/wesnoth#6166

• Jetto now has a death dialogue
• AI allies with recall lists now filter which units they recall
• The conditionals for some debug messages have been changed so that they'll now show up if you have debug mode on
