feat(react-components): add useCameraNavigation hook

Adds a use camera navigation hook which exposes some methods for navigating camera to: all models, nodeId, or FDM external id.

Test instructions ℹ️

Toolbar fit to all has now uses the hook. Also many stories have been updated to use this hook instead of the old component. Also the highlighting story now fits the camera to the clicked asset (based on FDM external ID).
