Instructions to run the notebooks

Locally in your computer

1. Install conda for your OS - see the instructions here).
2. Clone or download this repository:
   • If you have git installed, run git clone https://github.com/ceat-epfl/border-forensics-gis-session
   • If you don't have git installed, download the repository as a zip file from this link and unzip it.
3. Create a conda environment with the required packages: from the root of this repository, run conda env create -f environment.yml
4. Activate the environment: conda activate border-forensics-gis-session
5. Start Jupyter Lab: jupyter lab
