Textile module for Backdrop CMS

This is the first pre-production version of the Textile text filtering module for Backdrop CMS, ported from the Textile project for Drupal 7. This release bundles the external library Parser.php from the PHP Textile repository on Github, which may have to be obtained by end-users in later versions.
