Refactor sdx-continuous-development repo

Hi,

This repo for continuous-development is demanding a good refactoring. Some examples:

• We are using locally built images for sdx-controller and sdx-lc
• There are many scripts in many folders that some times it gets confusing
• not all environment variables inside docker-compose.yml are being used, which gives space for cleaning
• many other minor issues

Let's start with a minimal version and build up to satisfy API endpoint requirements.
