This PR enables TRNG support for STM32H7 boards: Portenta H7 OPTA GIGA and NiclaVision.

And pseudo random number generation for RP2040 CONNECT using multiple hardware sources of entropy:

  • ROSC
  • Uninitialized RAM
  • Hardware timestamp
  • Bus performance counter

TRNG is automatically used as seed for random() libc functions if random(max) or random(min,max) are called from the Sketch. Alternatively user can still use srandom() to manually seed the random() function.

This PR contains a patch, please check patch number before merging
