Registered an cloned NCAR Python Library that was used to create hagelslag patches for HWT Mode study.
To recreate patches
> deactivate
> ncar_pylab 20200417_HWT_mode_correct_paths

To use custom library /glade/work/ahijevyc/20200417 (which shares the same name as the NPL default 20200417), you must use the absolute path.
> ncar_pylab /glade/work/ahijevyc/20200417
