Sample action do not use in real live scenarios!

This repo contains a sample action written in .NET 6 that can generate release notes based on issues that you have labeled in your repo. it is used in the VSLive hands-on workshop and not intended to be actualy used in any production environment, since we use it to demonstrate certain concepts and is not meant for any production usage.
