This project has been developed in Visual Studio 2013 with Node.js Tools for Visual Studio (NTVS). You don't need Visual Studio or NTVS to work on this project, but if you want to open the (Visual Studio) solution you will need NTVS installed (It's a great add-on - check it out).
The API currently uses Azure Table Storage. To emulate storage on your development environment you will need to install the Azure SDK and start the Storage Emulator.
