Fixed image size/placement inconsistency
Added custom button style to Application.Resources, this is to remove the default blue highlight glow on MouseOver (as it makes the button ImageBrush seem to disapear) Now the buttons have a subtle Opacity level applied when MouseOver and the ImageBrush now remains clearly visible
Added forgotten ToolTips for certain button actions
Bumped version to v2.8.4 to reflect additional QoL changes
